Tasha’s yoga journey began during the winter of 2009 in Minneapolis, MN with a hot vinyasa flow yoga class. After spending 25 years of her life as a gymnast and endurance athlete, she became an active mother of three boys, now 8, 10, and 12. Tasha was searching for a way to balance the intensity of motherhood and still connect with her body, mind, and spirit in a totally different way. The first few months of yoga was strictly with a physical mindset, but she soon began to see how breathe, mantra, and meditation were having an effect on and off her mat. Tash found yoga to be a calming foundational force to balance her life as a mom. Ojai, CA is now home for her and her boys.
